morninggloria:mizjenkins:2010 Year in Review
1. What did you do in 2010 that you’d never done before?
I am sure I did lots of things, but there is nothing that comes to mind right this moment. Moved to Saint Paul?
2. Did you keep your new years’ resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Not really sure if I even made one. If I did I doubt I kept it.
3. Did anyone close to you...

From Harmon Killebrew’s Statement:
“I was recently diagnosed with esophageal cancer. With my wife, Nita, by my side, I have begun preparing for what is perhaps the most difficult battle of my life. I am being treated by a team of medical professionals at the Mayo Clinic. While my condition is…

Just a heads up.
I plan on doing some sort of year end retrospective. Possibly even a list of some sort.
Don’t mind me. Just be prepared to learn about my year.
I was wearing the “I have given up” beard. Now that I have shaved my neck I have the “I still don’t give a shit, but I’m a lumberjack so fuck you” beard.
Mickey's.
Got early lunch at Mickey’s diner in Saint Paul this morning. Old Chicago roommate was in town visiting, so before he headed out we got some food.
Love that place.
Tonight I have to work. I don’t want to, but it is the better of my two jobs, so I am glad that I only have to work there. About to have a long weekend in which I will feverishly look for a new job. Maybe something in...

Merry Christmas.
I think my mom finally gave up on trying to get my family to church on Christmas because we inevitably fell asleep, and my sister and I were like the Rivers on the Red Carpet - just being completely snarky and laughing at people.
Yeah. When I wasn’t asleep. I was staring at my sister until she laughed. My dad slept the whole time I...

This is pretty much for me.
All I want is ice cream.
Now please.
The worst 29 hours ever.
On Thursday night around 11 I started to feel sick, and thought I may have food poisoning. Now. Saturday morning at 8:30 I am no longer in pain, hallucinating, and wanting to throw up. I spent all day and all night in bed trying to drink the littlest amount of water.
I am gonna weigh myself in a little while to see how much I lost with this flu.
If it had lasted any long I would have had to...

The Nook on Hamline Avenue near Randolph Avenue “is totaled,” said co-owner Ted Casper, speaking from his eight-lane bowling center in the same block. … Casper estimated that it will be a month or two before the restaurant can reopen.
NOOOOOOOOOOO!
Funny mom story.
So I stayed at my parents last night because of the weather and having to get up real early. When I got up at 4:20 my mom was in her home office working already.
Perplexed I asked her why she was up already. She simply replied that “it was almost 2:30 in Russia”.
And then I left.
Silly reason to be up though.
AHHHHHH!
I am trapped in my house. No food. No place is open to deliver because it is the fucking

Dream.
Just had a long and eloborate dream in which my dog dies at the end.
I am now more tired then when I went to bed, and sort of depressed.
No work today. I am staying in bed until forever.
